• Note: Tracking available but may have limited updates

Shipping Note: We ship worldwide! However, please note that we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new phone case or accessory fits perfectly and matches your unique style.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Item must be free from any damage or signs of wear
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • ACCESSORI – Opened accessory packages
  • Adattatori per Tracolle (Shoulder Strap Adapters)
  • Anelli (Rings) & Anello Led (LED Rings)
  • Altoparlante (Speakers) – If opened
  • All personalized or custom-made items

Important Note: Apple Watch bands and adapters may be returned only if the original packaging is unopened and all seals are intact.

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation included.

4Ship Your Return

Send the package to our Miami address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5Receive Your Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Exchange Process
