Return & Exchange Timeframe

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new phone case or accessory fits perfectly and matches your style.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included
  • Item must be unused and free from damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • ACCESSORI – Opened accessory packages
  • Adattatori per Tracolle (Shoulder Strap Adapters)
  • Anelli (Rings) & Anello Led (LED Rings)
  • Altoparlante (Speakers) – If opened
  • All personalized or custom-made items

Note: Apple Watch bands and adapters may be returned only if the original packaging is unopened and seals are intact.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our Miami-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our Miami address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Refund Method:

Exchange Process
